3. Payment Terms
3.1 All plans require a one-time setup fee paid upfront before work begins.
3.2 Monthly subscription fees are billed on the same date each month.
3.3 All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.4 We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to [email protected]
4.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Setup fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding.
5.2 You are responsible for ensuring all contacts in your database have opted in to receive communications.
5.3 You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR where applicable.
6. Our Responsibilities
6.1 We will set up your automation system within 7 business days of receiving all required information.
6.2 We will provide support during normal business hours.
6.3 We will maintain reasonable uptime for all services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our platform, systems, and processes remain the intellectual property of Leadora. 7.2 Content you provide remains your intellectual property.
7.3 You grant us permission to use your business name and logo for case studies with your approval.
8. Limitation of Liability
Leadora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
9. Results Disclaimer
While we work hard to deliver results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results vary based on your market, offer, ad spend, and other factors outside our control.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Leadora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
